Aryna Sabalenka
Sabalenka, born in Minsk (the capital of Belarus) She is her father's daughter. Sergey was a professional hockey player. Aryna Sabalenka was born May 5, 1998, in Minsk Belarus. Aryna Sabalenka has twelve WTA Singles titles, one of which was the "Grand Slam" at the Australian Open 2023. In doubles, she is the best player. She's taken home two Majors in the past with Elisemertens including the US Open in 2019 and the Australian Open in 2021. With her fellow Belgian tennis player, she also won the WTA 1000 in Indian Wells and Miami in the year 2019, making it the Sunshine Double. This feat was accomplished by four couples in the women's doubles. In January 2023, she was ranked the highest in singles. On the 23rd of August 2021, she rose to the second spot in the ranks. At doubles she however pushed herself to first at the beginning of February that year after the victory in Melbourne and becoming the 2nd tennis player born in Belarus to be a part of this specialty. The coach she was working with was the former Russian tennis champion Dmitry Tursunov from 2018 until the end of the season of 2019 and also in the first quarter of 2020. Dieter Kindlmann became her trainer from August until September 2020. She has been trained by her countryman Antonio Dubrov since the end of 2020. Serena Williams, and Maria Sharapova are among her greatest idols.
